LE LÜXACE offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

USPS Priority and UPS Next Day Air Saver are also offered, so you can choose the shipping method that suits your needs. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING 

LE LÜXACE offers FREE standard shipping via UPS Ground with no minimum order requirements on ALL orders within the continental United States.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The number of days indicated on the UPS Ground transit map below represents business days, excluding the shipping holidays indicated below, after your order has been processed. With UPS Ground service, your order will not be delivered on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Additional Shipping Options

If you need an alternative shipping option, we currently offer USPS Priority and UPS Next Day Air Saver. 

USPS Priority
  • 2-3 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery time)
  • a small fee of $4.99 per item
    UPS Next Day Air Saver
    • 1 business day (UPS guarantees next business day afternoon delivery)
    • a flat fee of $50 per shipment

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The number of days indicated above represents business days, excluding the shipping holidays indicated below, after your order has been processed. 

    If you need your package delivered on a Saturday, please select USPS Priority at checkout.

    If you select UPS Next Air Saver as your shipping option, we do our best to prioritize your order's position in our shipping queue; however, we can not guarantee an expedited processing time for your order. 

    Processing Time

    Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. 

    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding the shipping holidays indicated below.

      UPS and/or USPS do not deliver packages on the certain holidays (or holiday's observation date), as indicated below.

        Shipping to PO Boxes

        Yes, we do ship to PO boxes.

        Unfortunately, we can not offer our FREE standard or next business day shipping options, if your order is being shipped to a PO Box.  

        Please select USPS Priority at checkout. 

        The shipping charge is a small fee of $4.99 per item.

        Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories

        Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. 

        Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority.

        Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

        We appreciate your commitment and your sacrifice in protecting and serving our country! 

        We gladly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority.

        As our thank you for your service, we offer FREE shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

        Please allow up to 45 business days for your package to be delivered.

        Changing the shipping address

        If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately at Bonjour@leluxace.com.

        Title your email "HELP: NEED TO CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS" in order to get our attention.

        In your email to us, please include:
        • Order number
        • Original purchase date
        • Updated shipping address
        • Additional details, if necessary

        If your order has not processed, we will update the shipping address, free of charge. 

        If your order has been processed, we will send you a $15 invoice in order to process the package intercept.  The request for a package intercept will not be processed until the invoice is paid. Please note, this is the actual cost to redirect packages with UPS and USPS; this is not a LE LÜXACE fee. 

        Changing the shipping speed

        If you need to alter the shipping option for your order, please contact us immediately at Bonjour@leluxace.com.

        Title your email "HELP: NEED TO ALTER SHIPPING SPEED" in order to get our attention.

        In your email, please include:
        • Order number
        • Original purchase date
        • Desired shipping option
        • Additional details, if necessary

        If your order has not been processed, we will send you an invoice for the difference between the current shipping option and the desired shipping option. Your order will not be processed with the upgraded shipping option until the invoice has been paid. If you do not pay for the upgraded shipping option within 2 business days, we will process your order with the shipping option selected at checkout. 

        IMPORTANT NOTEUpgraded shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you purchased USPS Priority or UPS Next Day Air Saver at checkout, we can not process your order with the FREE standard shipping option once you have completed the checkout process.
