To ensure your return shipping costs are covered, use the pre-paid shipping label we issued you. Then, hand the package off to the carrier associated with the shipping label.

When returning your item(s), please follow the steps listed in Hassle-Free Returns section above.
For all returned items that are in original condition that are postmarked 61 to 90 days after your original purchase date, we will issue you store credit for the total purchase price (minus upgraded shipping charges).
If we receive products for returns or exchanges that have been used or damaged (other than what is addressed in the Incorrect or Defective Product section), unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or store credit.
Returned items do not need to be returned with air cushions, tissue paper or any other packaging/marketing materials (other than the LE LÜXACE signature packaging - product box(es) and hang tag(s)) that we sent in the original order.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Upgraded shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded. The only exception to refunding upgrading shipping costs applies to orders with incorrect or defective products.

Please note, we are only able to issue you (the gift recipient) a gift card or store credit to LeLuxace.com. In order to receive a refund back to the original form of payment, the purchaser (the gift giver) will need to process the return with us.
If there was a promotional discount that was applied at the time of purchase, you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. All refunds and store credits will be applied only to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
Discounts and promotions cannot be retroactively applied to orders.
If you cancel, return or exchange your item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount for a subsequent transaction.
When we issue a refund to you, we will process it back to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.
If the credit/debit card you used to make a purchase has expired or is invalid, we will contact you via email. You will receive your refund in the form of store credit or gift card, if we do not receive a response within 7 days.
We believe our Returns and Exchange policy should be fair. When creating this policy, our goal was to create a policy that was as accommodating as possible... one that we wished more companies would offer.
Life happens… we understand that returns happen, too. In order to ensure that we can continue to honor the terms of this Returns + Exchange Policy, we reserve the right to deny returns and/or exchanges from individuals who excessively exercise their right to the policy.
